Incroslip™ C

Incroslip™ C slip and torque release additive has exceptional stability and low odor properties. The product was designed for high organoleptic stability applications where torque release is needed, such as caps and closures for carbonated soft drinks applications.

Incroslip™ C additive can be dispersed evenly through the polymer in the melt phase. It migrates to the surface of the polymer where it forms a thin lubricating layer. This layer reduces coefficient of friction between surfaces and prevents any unwanted adhesion.

Guidelines for use:

Incroslip™ C additive can be incorporated into resin as supplied or via masterbatch / pre-blend. Experience has shown that simple manual mixing prior to processing will normally give an acceptable dispersion, though mechanical means are preferred.

Typical addition levels are 0.1 - 0.2% for film and 0.2 - 0.5% for cap applications.
