Our range of high-performance ingredients provides light-weight design opportunities and improved adhesion to a wide variety of substrates such as plastics, aluminum and composites used in automotive and transport applications. This allows manufacturers to replace welding or mechanical fastening with adhesives that offer additional benefits.
Some additional benefits include low temperature flexibility and high-temperature resistance; due to low Tg and high flexibility in combination with intrinsic resistance against heat aging.
Another benefit is good barrier protection for electronic potting; the dimmer fatty acid nature is hydrophobic by nature. Additionally, noise and vibration reduction for relaxed driving; external vibration can be absorbed by the products. Finally, these products add water resistance and durability for PU sealants; a result of the hydrophobic properties of the raw materials.

B-Tough™ A2 allows superior withstanding of fracturing over unmodified epoxies and carboxyl-terminated butadiene. Unmodified epoxy is brittle with very poor toughness. B-Tough A2 offers excellent toughness, cleared for high-stress applications such as aerospace epoxies.
Priplast™ 3238
Priplast™ 3238 is an amorphous polyester polyol (MW 2000) for bio-based polyurethane systems. This liquid and versatile building block is for use in polyurethanes systems such as adhesives, polyurethane dispersions, sealants and elastomers. Priplast™ 3238 provides extreme hydrophobicity, excellent color and enhanced durability. It also brings good wetting properties, adhesion to various substrates, including low polarity plastics, and prevents cracking. Priplast™ 3238 is an ISCC PLUS certified product which is truly bio-based. The vegetable oil bio-based content comes from sustainable ISCC certified sources (mass balance), supporting the sourcing of vegetable oil.

B-Tough™ A2
Our epoxy functional toughening technology brings impact strength to structural resins and adhesives without impacting the hardness of the matrix.
These products enhance durability by absorbing microcracks caused by ageing and thermal shock. B-Tough™ A2 is a reactive toughening ingredient that brings excellent stability and is recommended for use in liquid and/or solid type epoxy resins (medium polarity grade).
Priplast™ 3186
Priplast™ 3186 provides excellent hydrolytic stability and water repellency to cross-linked PU adhesives, foams and sealants. It is an amorphous polyester polyol with a molecular weight of 1700. Priplast™ 3186 is an ISCC PLUS certified product.
