Anova® 1817 Rejuvenator
Cargill™ Anova® 1817 bio-based rejuvenator is a high-performance solution that chemically rebalances aged bitumen, enabling the incorporation of high levels of recycled asphalt (RAP and RAS) into Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA). Engineered to deliver superior results across critical performance areas—including Rebalancing Bitumen Chemistry, Cracking Resistance, Rutting Performance, Workability and Compaction, Durability, and Aging. It enhances performance and durability, improves binder aging resistance, and allows for maintaining or lowering compaction temperatures. Additionally, Anova® 1817 is versatile and suitable for use in emulsions and emulsified rejuvenator applications.

Features & Benefits
- Lower carbon footprint: Enables the use of increase amounts of recycled material which reduced greenhouse gas emissions compared to lower RAP mixes.
- Superior performance: Enhances the durability and longevity of asphalt pavements, making them more resistant to cracking and rutting.
- Reduce costs: Allows for significant cost savings by incorporating high levels of RAP, reducing the need for virgin materials.
- Improve workability and compaction: Facilitates easier application and better compaction at lower temperatures, improving overall paving efficiency.
- Allows for the incorporation of high levels RAP: Supports the use of high levels of Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement, maximizing recycling efforts.
