Speciale topping

Its smoothness provides perfect application in sweets, cakes, pies and pastry products in general. The line is available as 1 kilo bars in milk, dark and white version.

Pastry

Another topping option with fractionated fat of high quality to serve bakery and pastry segment.

Toppings and flakes

Produced with high quality ingredients, it is ideal to make flakes, toppings and decorated pastry products. It comes as milk and dark versions in 2.5 and 5 kilos bars.

Fillings

It is produced from compound or fat base for different applications such as candies, bonbons and bars as white chocolate and traditional versions.

Skimo

Compound of chocolate flavor used to cover popsicles and to produce flakes for ice-cream. Packages of 12kg buckets.
