Our chef’s response

In line with this culinary exploration trend, our chefs have developed an authentic Vietnamese multi-purpose dressing. This chili, sweet & salty dressing is not only label-friendly but also versatile. It serves as a dip for spring or summer rolls or as a dressing to give an exotic twist to a summer salad.

Naturally, Vietnamese dressings are very runny, which can create a bit of a mess and impact convenience. That’s why we've added UniPECTINE® pectin to create a more homogenous dressing that retains its authentic taste, remains transparent, and keeps the solids nicely suspended for attractive on-shelf visual appeal.
