White Chocolate

White chocolate is growing in popularity. In fact, 15% of European consumers now say that it is their favorite type of chocolate – up from 11% just one year before.* 

Regular “white” chocolate is not actually white. By applying their sensorial expertise and technical chocolate experience, Cargill Chocolate Engineers have succeeded in reducing the creamy, yellowish hue and created the dazzling Bright White. 

Bright White is fully in line with the trends towards clean label and sustainability. After all it is made with the same label-friendly ingredients as regular white chocolate. It has a balanced, sweet and smooth taste profile, with enhanced vanilla flavor notes and no additional ingredients, when compared to a regular white chocolate. Cargill's Bright White contains carefully selected cocoa ingredients, and is available with third-party sustainability certification.

Helping your product stand out 

Bright White, available in liquid format or in easy-to-melt solid shapes, is suitable for almost any application. But it is particularly recommended for products where visual appearance and color greatly impact consumer choice, such as pralines, bakery, ice cream, and chocolate puddings, bringing innovative appeal to your product portfolio and excite and engage consumers looking for something new.
